STEDTI TERMS OF USE (EULA) Last Updated: March 2026 Welcome to STEDTI, operated by HeadMonkey Inc. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER STEDTI provides mindfulness, productivity, and leadership tools for educational and self-improvement purposes. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider regarding any mental health condition.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) POLICY STEDTI is a professional, mindful community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree NOT to post or transmit any content that: – Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening. – Contains hate speech, bigotry, or discrimination. – Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent. – Promotes illegal activities, self-harm, or substance abuse.

4. MODERATION, REPORTING & BLOCKING We provide in-app tools to ensure a safe environment: – Blocking: You can block any user at any time. Blocked users’ content will immediately become invisible to you. – Reporting: You can report offensive content or users. Reported content is immediately hidden from your view pending review. – Enforcement: HeadMonkey Inc. moderators review reports within 24 hours. Users found violating our UGC policy will have their content removed and their accounts permanently banned from the platform without prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY HeadMonkey Inc. owns all rights to the STEDTI brand, software, and original coaching content. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
 
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadMonkey Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
