STEDTI Privacy Policy 

STEDTI PRIVACY POLICY Last Updated: March 2026 HeadMonkey Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the STEDTI mobile application. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you maintain control over your personal and health data. 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Account Data: When you register, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, and optionally your Job Title. App Usage Data: We securely store User Generated Content (UGC) you create within the app, such as journal entries, mood logs, team chats, and posts. Health Data: With your explicit permission, STEDTI accesses your Sleep and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data via Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android). 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA Health Data: Your Sleep and HRV data are used strictly locally on your device to generate daily readiness insights and contextual AI coaching. We DO NOT store your raw biometric data on our servers, and we DO NOT sell or share your health data with third parties or advertising networks. App Operations: We use your account and app usage data to operate the service, secure your account, facilitate team interactions, and improve the app. AI Features: Anonymized chat inputs are processed via Google’s Gemini API to provide coaching responses. 

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase for database hosting and authentication) under strict confidentiality agreements. 

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the STEDTI app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your records, posts, and media are permanently removed from our active databases. 

5. SECURITY We employ industry-standard encryption and Firebase’s secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
